At Boresha Mavuno Agritech, we believe that farming is not just a livelihood it’s a catalyst for innovation, climate action, and sustainable economic growth. Our dynamic, hands-on farmer training programs are designed to build capacity, ignite transformation, and drive profitability for farmers across Uganda. Value Chains we focus on include: horticulture (fruit &  vegetables), coffee, banana, maize, and beans. 

Core Training Modules

Each module is tailored to local needs, practical realities, and climate-smart solutions:

• Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA):
  Equipping farmers with techniques to adapt, mitigate, and thrive in the face of climate change like drought-tolerant cropping, water conservation, and sustainable land use.
• Crop Production Excellence:
  Guided by expert agronomists, farmers learn about seed selection, pest and disease management, integrated farming practices, and boosting yields sustainably.
• Animal Production & Welfare:
  From zero-grazing to feed optimization and animal health, our livestock specialists help farmers improve productivity and animal wellbeing.
• Soil Health Diagnostics:
  Through farm-based visits, we assess soil composition and fertility, and advise on organic soil improvement, composting, and reduced chemical use.
• Agro-processing & Value Addition:
  Farmers are trained to turn raw produce into market-ready products like juices, flours, preserves, dairy goods building new streams of income and market access.
• Agricultural Waste-to-Value Innovations:
  We help farmers repurpose waste into valuable inputs like compost, biogas, organic pesticides, or even crafts minimizing waste and maximizing income.
