The Farmer-First Initiative (FFI) is the foundation of everything we do. It ensures that all our innovations, trainings, and digital solutions are grounded in real farmer experiences. Implemented in Mbale and Malaba, the program provides continuous capacity building in Climate-smart and regenerative agriculture, Agro-processing and value addition, and Agricultural waste management. FFI also serves as a living learning platform allowing us to test ideas, collect data, and prepare farmers for digital and climate-smart transitions while delivering tangible impact on the ground.
